The National Arts Council’s Silver Arts Programme advocates the meaningful possibilities seniors have in the arts. We believe that seniors can age creatively and surprise the public—and themselves—with blooming artistic contributions. We develop programmes with artists and community partners such as artist-led projects that encourage deeper participation in the arts, and the inaugural Silver Arts 2012 that celebrates arts and aging.
